• Virtual Trucking Services: Organized convoys and events in simulation games
• Community Platform: Driver recruitment and team management
• Information Services: News, events, and partner information
• Communication Tools: Discord integration and team coordination
• Account Management: Driver profiles, job tracking, and activity monitoring
• Verification Services: Gaming platform account verification (TruckersMP, Steam)
• Ban Monitoring: Automatic ban status checking for security purposes

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Respectful Behavior: Maintain a respectful and professional attitude
• Accurate Information: Provide truthful and accurate information in applications, including your TruckersMP ID, Steam ID, and Discord account
• Account Ownership: Only use accounts that belong to you. Do not use someone else's Discord, TruckersMP, or Steam account
• Compliance: Follow all applicable game rules and community guidelines
• No Harassment: Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Account Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Third-Party Account Access: When using Discord OAuth, you authorize us to access your Discord account information for authentication and team management purposes
• Ban Status: Understand that we may check your ban status on gaming platforms (TruckersMP) for verification and security purposes

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating: Using cheats, hacks, or exploits in games
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or content
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or using someone else's accounts
• Illegal Content: Sharing illegal or harmful content
• Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with others
• False Information: Providing false TruckersMP ID, Steam ID, or Discord account information
• Bypassing Restrictions: Attempting to bypass ban checks or verification systems
• Malicious File Uploads: Uploading files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code
• API Abuse: Attempting to abuse or manipulate third-party API integrations (Discord, TruckersMP)

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Calm Cargo and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Third-Party Integrations: By using our services, you acknowledge that we integrate with Discord, TruckersMP, and other third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Service Availability

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Calm Cargo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Calm Cargo operates.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their terms of service and privacy policies.

14. Ban Verification and Monitoring

We may automatically check your ban status on gaming platforms (such as TruckersMP) for verification and security purposes. This includes:

• Application Verification: Checking ban status during the application process
• Ongoing Monitoring: Periodic checks of driver ban status for existing team members
• Security Purposes: Using ban information to maintain platform security and integrity

If you are found to have active bans that violate our policies, we reserve the right to reject your application or terminate your access to our services.

Automated Decision Making: Ban verification may involve automated decision-making processes. If you believe a decision has been made incorrectly, you have the right to request human review of the decision by contacting us through our Discord server.
